In creating SEVEN Johanna aims to ensure she remains closer to clients. One of Johanna's strengths is the ability to connect with others and build long term relationships. Through SEVEN she has created the conditions where she can play to her strengths - giving clients her personal time at the beginning, middle and end of projects.
In addition to applying psychology in organisations Johanna is an author of a number of publications and books on diversity and inclusion in the workplace including the award winning 'Managing the MOSAIC: diversity in action'. She also co-authored two toolkits on organisational learning and diversity for the CIPD.
Johanna's passion for research continues and she is currently researching leadership and Social Entrepreneurship, an area of great personal and professional interest to her.
Johanna is dedicated to the promotion of excellence and ethics in coaching and she is a Founder Council Member of the association for Coaching in Ireland.
SEVEN connects
Over the years Johanna has built up a strong network of connections in the world of Business Psychology. Through SEVEN Johanna aims to strengthen this network and to work collaboratively to deliver the right team and the right solution for clients – both locally and internationally.
SEVEN currently has an established connection in North America via Julie Breeze and in mainland Europe via Maggie Van Den Heuvel. Locally our team includes Patricia Abbott and Anne Eustace.
SEVEN has also established alliances with a select number of like-minded psychology firms for collaboration on larger scale, global projects.
